Client must pay full balance before scheduled end time. Balance can be paid with debit/credit card or cash.
Tip is not included in final balance however is strongly encouraged in the form of cash however it can be added
with other accepted forms of pay.
Late Fee: Clients will be given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes a $10.00 late fee will be added to your final total. If a client is over 15 minutes late their appointment will be canceled.
No Show Fee: Clients will be charged 50% of thier appoitment cost if they fail to notify the salon and do not show to their appointment. Additionaly clients will be required to pay a deposit for their next appointment.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. No shows will not be able to book another appointment.
There is no refund on any service.
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase or if the product is faulty.
Empty products cannot be returned.
All sale/promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Monday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Tuesday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Wednesday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Thursday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Friday: 11:00AM - 4:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM - 3:00PM
If a client requires an appointment on a day or time I am not open, the appointment will be considered an emergency booking.
After hours Monday-Thursday: $10.00 fee
Weekend Friday-Sunday $15.00 fee
Extra guests are not encouraged.
Any client under the age of 17 or clients who do not drive are welcome to bring a guest.
If a client wishes to bring a guest please let the salon know ahead of time.
Please no more than 2 guests.
Food and Beverage Policy:
Plastic Beverages in a sealed container are welcome, please no glass bottles.
Please no food of any kind in the salon/no perishable garbage.
A snack and drink bar is provided to clients and guests.
